I agree.  The people here are very helpful and nice.  When I tell someone about something I read here I call everyone my QVC ladies.

Have you heard from Bobbi sue lately?

I posted bback to her, but never read each ( forum) searching for feedback. She was having some lonely days a few days ago.

Hope that she is doing better, now.

Many people that are on remind me just how loneliness can be, especially if living alone.

I cherish my family each day almost to the minutes.

I want to thank the posters that choose to come here to educate, impart their knowledge, share their experiences, offer advice, tell a joke, or ask a question. I very much appreciate those that are always ready to offer prayer and well wishes to those who need and request it.

With so much going on in the world and in our personal lives, it is a delicious break from it all for awhile.  There are the "meanies" out there posting, but once you get so that you know who they are, it is easy enough to skip over them. ....and maybe say a prayer for them.

This is a great thread and I appreciate getting the chance to express how I feel about my fellow forum posters Smiley Happy

@tends2dogs, what you have posted is so true.  There are many on the Forum that I have come to appreciate.  Also, true with regards the "meanies" - skip over them, while saying a prayer for them.  Cat Happy

I, too, appreciate the fact thaT Q gives us this space to share.

I like the fact that different forums are for different kinds of topics and different levels of opinion sharing.

I love that we can mix it up and be less guarded in Community Chat, but come to Among Friends or the Home forum for more civil and supportive conversing.

I appreciate the diversity of not only the posters here, but the ways that each forum tends to operate and maintain varying levels of debate.

What a lovely thread, @IMW.    I agree with you and all who posted here.    Certainly we can't avoid the occasional negativity or maybe just contrariness we see now and then (I know I get contrary sometimes!).    I'm convinced that most of that is nothing but the inadequacies of the written word...  we would do so much better if we could hear tone of voice, see facial expressions and body language.    Even so, with only these words on the screen,  overwhelmingly and without fail the majority of posters will offer advice, experience, support, wisdom, and compassion in a spirit of genuine desire to be helpful.   I'm so grateful for that.
