Hi all~ Just fyi, for anyone not on Facebook...Junk Gypsy has a tee shirt, (also a poster), for sale, $34.95, S&H free, with all the profits being donated to the Texas Flood Relief, in case anyone is interested. On their website.

You kinda lose me on the t shirt
WHY not just donate 34.95?
I always doubt 100% goes to relief
If a company has money to make the shirts then just donate all
the funds it took to produce them

I’m sorry but with over 100 dead and 151 missing I couldn’t
put that shirt on

@katie1859 You don't have to buy the shirt or the poster and guarantee the production cost pennies.

BTW: How much have YOU donated out of your own pocket?🤔

I think the shirt captures Texas nicely.
Miranda Lambert was involved in the design.

The shirt keeps the focus up front about the tragedy. People can start to forget after a while even if they donated.

Anything to keep the tragedy in focus is ok with me

@katie1859 My first reaction as well.

It's a nice looking shirt but I can't help feeling that it's also PR for this business.  I also wonder if 100% of proceeds actually do go to those in need.

Some people may forget after time but something like this stays with me even though I am no where near the area.

I keep thinking about those floods which were so surprising in North Carolina since it was inland and not along the coast and of course the CA fires!

Just so tragic for too many!

Some stories stay with me, too, even tho I'm not near the area, either.  Such as Uvalde and the Lahaina fires.  Very, very sad for so many.
