My two Sugarbears were sisters who came into my life unexpectedly. They were born to a blue eyed siamese cat that appeared on my front porch, and I discovered she was expecting kittens. She was killed when the kittens were a week old, and my DH and I hand raised them. Both solid black, and sweet, so I named them Sugarbears. Anyway, she was a very docile kitty, feminine face, and one of the cutest things was she would pretend to yawn. Oh, yes, it was so sweet. She had a toy feather that I gave her, and she would always put it in the food bowl after she was through playing. If she and her sister were napping in our living area, if she heard a car drive by that made noise, she would look at her sister to see her reaction. If they were going to be scared of the noise they would both race to the other side of our house. The funny thing was she looked to her sister to set the tone. I could go on and on about them,  

How funny they were together.  I'm saddened that the mom cat and one of the Sugarbear's have passed.  You and your DH are wonderful people to take care of the kitties that find you. This proves that cats are very smart in their selection process! ❤️
