If you remember I follow the Service Dog Project and can't tell you the number of times I have cried, especially when a puppy dies.  I can't even watch those programs about abused animals, it's so sad how people can be so heartless.

About your dear neighbors, Mr X probably will be safer in a "home" at 90... falling is so common at an advanced age and it causes lots of damage. Please do not feel responsible -- you did the best you could with the circumstances as they were💙💜❤️🙏🏻💚
