For ghoulash, I brown 1-1/2 pounds ground beef with a small onion and some green pepper if I have it.  Then, I add 1 can tomato soup and 1 can cheddar cheese soup, salt and pepper.  Boil 2 cups of elbow macaroni (to make 4 cups cooked) and add that to the ground beef mixture and done.  My DH asks for this almost weekly.

Also, I see that Target carries the Dr. Bonner Castile Body Wash, but forgot to look at the price to compare buying it online.
