@LTT1   This is perfect.  I especially miss camping in the Fall.  It was my favorite time to go.  We would load up the bikes and kids and off we would go.  We always camped near bike trails so we could enjoy all the beauty of the season.

We have narrowed down our search to three apartments! (for now)

Here are pictures of our first choice:

Since it has molding for trim it feels more homey to us.

Some other places we are considering are:

THE ASHBY

@LTT1   I like the one pictured here, more like a house.  How many square feet are there?

Re: THE PUMPKIN PATCH

[ Edited ]

What a small world...I remember visiting a family friend in DeKalb when I was growing up. It is about two hours away from Tyler.

My brother's property is very pretty. He recently bequeathed us a small plot near his house (he's a bit sneaky), so we will be building a small home there. It makes sense since most of our immediate family are living here.

Was the word "butcher" added to a post you made today? I did report it when @mousiegirl told me about it. It hasn't happened to me and I had not noticed it in any posting before. Please let me know if it continues and I'll report it again.

I hope you have a nice week. Do you have any fun plans? How are you feeling?

Love you!image

ETA: I was checking to see if "butcher" would appear when I edit this. It's just crazy how it appears with no rhyme or reason.

@mousiegirl

The site online shows a 2 bd 2 bath at 1002 sq ft.

The ones we looked at were generally 1200 sq ft.

I think it will depend on what is available when we are ready to commit!

On our fav that I showed pictures of, I'm not very crazy about the power lines that I can see on the satellite map.

@Puddles ,

Good afternoon. Sounds pretty there at your brother's home. I have been in many places in east TX many times as a child. My great grandparents lived in a small town called Dekalb.

I noticed the butcher added to the Pumpkin Patch name when I was writing to @Possummink recently, and mentioned butcher paper in my post. I wonder how that happened ?

I hope your week is a good one.

Love you,

The mystery surrounding thread name being hijacked is very spooky especially being around Halloween, butcher indeed!

I like the welcoming entry too on your first choice! They were all very inviting though.
