hello guys,

watching a Shirley temple movie. 1935 movie. Enjoying it.

dryer due here about 8am-9am or so. Guess we are #1on the list.

got me some icy hot advance strength. My knee was killing me tonight. At least it has taken the edge off.

went to church, went out to eat at our favorite spot. Stopped at walgreens on way home. Wanted to try a new toothpaste (Arm Hammer red box, can’t even remember the exact name). Used it, pretty good stuff.

not much else going on tonight.

thanks NAES for clarify of Tissy

ok guys, talk with you later.

@possummink,

Thinking about you, hoping you were able to have any type of pain decrease, today.

I hope your doctor's appointment may be soon.

In reference to your post, I have never had any  type of

*[ HYALURONAN]  injection into the knee. But I need mention that my brother had with another brand name, Synviso. His knee injury happened years ago and the cartilage joint was accelerated with deterioration.

He has had cortisone injections which did not lessen pain or swelling very long. I MENTIONED THAT 1 WEEK AGO.

Apparently the (same) hyaluronan as AnikaBrodie's husband's treatment [injections] with the EUFLEXXA/ osteoarthritis knee.

I hope that you read my posting, earlier, about the explanation.  Tissyanne's mother is still under treatment.

Also, hope- asap action- for your husband to see an Orthopedist for knee pain.

I believe there, was where we left off?

Viva, I had a slip on snow 4 years ago. Never felt any pain until about 5 weeks ago.

My specialist believes fluid backed up in behind  knee.

I have a MRI by next week. Nothing like a serious knee injury.

There is some swelling, and at times if i turn too sharply, the slight tear, we think, does cause some deep pain -but lasts only for few seconds. There is some muscle damage, but that too is much better.

Takes a long time. Ligaments, more.

I use a rx compound creme that is very effective, the cost is $125.00 for 2 oz.

I cannot use anything with aspirin. This formula has to made with strict provisions. I keep the inflammation at bay.

That's has been my all time treatment for healing, by having zero inflammation.

I do not use ice, rather heat.

    >Ice intensifies the condition. 99% better.

Not good in the beginning when I misaligned the femur last March, '17. Counter kitchen mishap. I hit hard, though.

      @viva923,

I had no idea that your knee had any mention of being in a treatable 'way', too!

Pardon this font, it seems to me to never come across on my screen as okay..your eyes are not crossed to read.

I always ask by asking ..is this too large??

On the regular standard qvc font, to me, it definitely is too small, and the lettering on the menu page was a soft blue, not black. TODAY, only!

Until someone complains, I'll stay (sometimes) with the #4 in a darker color or black.

Viva, Thank you for the latest Hooray!

There's gonna be lots of loads being dried and of course, folded.

Hope to hear more Viva of your insurance plan class and if it was worth going, also information of your husband's knee....! App'ts. Insurance?

This may come as a shock to everyone, but I am ready to fold some simple things. I have to. My husband has run out of undershirts. I really a great sport about these things.....

So fortunate for me. They are already dried.  Improving as the months go on.

NAES,   I have a doctor's appointment the week after I get back home, so I guess it's in about 10 or 12 days.

I had a pretty good night last night.   The night before wasn't good, I couldn't find a comfortable position for very long.  Last night I got a couple of hours at a time.   I remember before this started, that I could fall asleep quickly and wake up maybe 6 or 7 hours without having moved positions, very much.   I'd like to get back to that.    Sinus flare ups aren''t helping much either with the coughing and drainage.   Such is life at times.

I can't have a regular MRI, due to a staple left in by my gastroenterologist when I had my last scope in 2016.
