@NAES1  Several years ago I was told I had facetis joint arthritis.  My back really hasn't been too much of an issue since last July.  Since then I have had boughts where I am and getting up out of a chair or bed has me almost screaming.  Also, I have soft tissue which I have a muscle relaxer I take along with Tylenol and an ice pack.  Brrrr.... it is cold enough here that I hate to use it but do.

 

DD is looking brighter today so love seeing a little improvement each day.
