The jewelry was from Kathy Hilton's FRIEND, Anna Zuckerman. I am sure Kathy is trying to help her friend become successful in the industry. 

 

All the jewelry is fashion jewelry with faux stones, imitating expensive designer pieces. 

 

Anna Z has her own website. 

 

Maybe some of her items are copies of Kathy's REAL gold and diamond pieces!

 

Many QVC shoppers buy the QVC cubic zirconia (Diamonique) and the Jennifer Miiler costume jewelry (I see she now has some lab grown diamonds, and the prices have increased substantially), so this is just a similar type of item.
