Hey there everyone! I'm just doing an afternoon check-in. Our weather guessers are at it again predicting a little rain and now getting gusty winds and expect a stormy night. Nothing scary. I think that I'm in the clear to uncover my outdoor water faucets. We probably won't be getting anymore deep freezes this season. I'm almost finished clearing out the "stuff" that ended up in my truckbed. It's easy to toss things back there if I'm making room for my sister inside the truck. I'm limited as to how much I can carry up the stairs with me. It is what it is. I guess Little Buddy is getting a Spring cleaning.

Hi all! I've been busy with e mailing and talking to the furnace people about a new system. Yesterday the technician said the air conditioner coil leak wasn't repairable. Replacement is the cost of a new heat pump almost. So, I'm having to replace both and comparing oil to gas. The gas is less expensive unbelievably!
I don't need air conditioning yet and the 50 year old furnace is working fine so I'll wait until I don't need it. The nights and some days are cool still. 75 today. Another appointment Friday for filling the oil tank in.

@Tissyanne I'm so glad the procedure for your husband went well and continues! Those storms must end soon!

@Sweet Caroline 1 I'm so proud of you for dealing with all the medical and dental appointments for your sisters and yourself! The handicapped card is a must in your situation.
@viva923 I do believe that housecleaning is good mental therapy. I need it do it more!. Take care!
@hullie Sorry about the storms and snow. Glad the scatter rugs are moved, I was always afraid my Aunt would trip on hers. Even with good rubber pads they catch in feet. Hope your stove is fixed soon,
