My curiosity got to me here. Do you make friends with pet owners? Guess I never thought of asking people that may end up good friends "hey, do you own any in-home pets?
I think most of my friends have pets, but I didn't ask them. It just came up as our friendship became closer.

I do think all my friends' dogs and cats like me. I sure like their kisses 😘
It was interesting when I had babies or grandkids to carry around, that doggies would just inch in front of me and eye 'strangers'. Never growled, just making a point. A 60 pounder looks good, but what a faker 😂

The poster who doesn't like dogs never misses a chance to tell us.
I know who would be locked up if she ever came to my house (not realizing I had pets, of course) and it for sure wouldn't be my dog or cat. ![]()
