I am very curious about this.I have seen several gemstone pieces from HQ,but Have never shopped there before. My question is this, have any of you ever shopped there and had issues with them?Had good luck?Qualityis there,or not?I am a huge gemstone lover, and their selection of rings, bracelets and necklaces is huge.

I purchased a few pieces in the past and was pleased with them.

For finer jewelry, Sonia Bitton and Beverly Hills Elegance have good quality diamond pieces, many H in color and SI1-2 in clarity. Stefano offers nice 14K items.

When I shopped there, they would frequently offer 20% off jewelry pieces over $99. Those occurrences are less and less. Their S&H was very high but they are now doing free S&H...

Happy shopping!

@Luvsmyfam.  I used to buy a lot of jewelry and watches there.  Found they liked to make up the rules on customer services as they went along.  I'd approach shopping there with caution.  I no longer shop there at all, don't even look.

Re: Shopping HQ

[ Edited ]

@Luvsmyfam I have shopped at ShopHQ for years and purchased several of their gemstones (mostly rings with matching earrings) and had very few problems. I also had no issues with returns and or exchanges. Most of my purchases were from Gems en Vogue and Victoria Wieck and they were of good quality as some pieces were worn daily. There were other pieces from vendors that no longer sell there and they are still holding up...Hope this helps!

Just thought I'd post this for those of you who shop there.  Blake Clemency now works there.  He is the son of Chuck Clemency who was there presenting his line of jewelry for years.  Blake worked at ShopLC as producer, then host for several years before leaving to go to shophq.  His dad, Chuck is still at ShopLC.

I learned from many of their hosts who came from other networks as well as Chuck himself, that the Gem House that owns ShopLC is the largest in the world and always manufactured most all of the jewelry on shophq, including his line.  I always knew they supplied to the other networks.

I just found it funny that once both Clemency's were in good with ShopLC and its Gem House, that one returned back to shophq.  I don't know if he's selling a line or in the ordering department.  I just thought that was a fun little fact.

Blake does not work for Shophq.  He  is a vendor.  He represents the Gem Treasures line.  He has the job his father, Chuck had  before he took a hosting job at Shoplc. You are right that Shoplc's parent company m manufactures jewelry for most of the other shopping channels and retailers around the world.

I bought a lot from ShopHQ years ago but not much since covid. They used to have quality gemstones and settings. Now I would buy only from select quality brands.

I'd never buy the brand Gold Standard. I once bought a bracelet that was advertised at 14k and didn't find out until after the 30 day return period that it was just clad.

Now that they are doing free shipping, I have looked at their site more often but haven't yet purchased anything.

@Luvsmyfam Some years ago, I did buy a few gold pieces when small vendors would offer gold by gram weight. Also a few Sonia B Gallerie De Bijoux pieces when prices weren't quite as high and the selections were fantastic. In the past few years I did buy a Donna Salyer throw which was great quality. Other than that I havn't purchased. Some things look nice, just not for me right now.

Yes, representing as a vendor is what I meant.  I don't watch shophq enough to know who's selling these days, but I knew he was back there because Chuck makes mention of it.
