Why can I not cancel something after a short time of ordering( 30-45 mins) and then wait days and days to receive it. I also ordered a bracelet that is still IN PROCESS!
Please don't tell me about the holidays! Millions of people work on and around the holidays. And I don't mean medical care workers.

@Group 5 minus 1 I totally agree with you and wonder the same thing about being able to cancel anything here. I've also griped about their seeming to be absolutely no rules or regulations in us consumers here to be able to cancel anything if we so choose. I've talked about this for years in fact.
There needs to be a full 24 hours from the ordering a product to being able to cancel seamlessly with no charge to our cards within that 24 hour time frame. Why would this process be so hard to put into action? I know I don't get it!

Q used to say - you can cancel at any time - and that we had XX hours (24 perhaps) to cancel. Rules change on here without notice. I think.........sales are down and now they 'lock' the computer on order entry so you can't change your mind. If they ship to you - - there's a good probability you'll keep it & if not you pay to get it...and pay to return it. Not fair but they need the sale.

I thought they may have changed that to expedite shipping for Christmas, can't understand why that is still in effect........It is probably to trap you into buying something and not changing your mind. I agree with others, I think sales are down for them, too many other vendors offering free shipping and free returns, just sayin. They're their own worst enemy.

Expedite shipping for Christmas-what a joke! And what if you don't celebrate Christmas should you be punished ?

This topic is getting to be quite common. It seems that cancelling an order is almost impossible. I think some of that is due to the products not being in QVC’s warehouse. they are being shipped directly from the vendor.
Once the order is placed, it immediately goes to the vendor’s system to process and QVC has no control after that.
i suppose the best thing to do, is really make sure you want something before you place an order and make sure size and color is correct.

Carmie, do you work for the Q?
It's too late to cancel just wait 6 weeks to get it.

No, but I live in PA and know people who do. There are QVC warehouses not far from where I live.
