my daughter is coming to pick up today we are supposed to go up to Pennsylvania for something she has to do don't what but I am going along for the ride, not much else.

GloriaJean-my mother has a 3rd cousin on her side of the family that was a Benedictian nun,she worked in labor-delivery at St. E's hospital in my home town- she helped delivery all 4 of us girls. she nicknamed us 

sis,ninne,butch,queeny. only met her a few times again when I was a kid so alot has faded in my memory.

I went biking and then went walking. I have over 10,000 steps so far.

Just relaxing now -- I'm going to be watching tv for the rest of the day.

Had frost yesterday morning and again this morning. Had to turn furnace on for first time Tuesday. The cool crisp fall mornings are here. Unforutunately, we have very little color this year. Maybe it is still on the way.

Making out a grocery list today for some fall/winter recipes that I will start making soon.

Today is a day off for me, so I did a few household chores and got ingredients around to make a coffee cake later today.

I have also been washing summer clothes to put away for the winter.

I have my monthly lunch with ladies from my Sunday School class about 11:30, it runs several hours, we eat and chat!

My sister passed away this morning.

She was a nun, and 97 years old. I will miss her alot.

Oh my, not only have I lost my sister, last night when calling my other sister, who's 98, her Dementia was very bad, it was hard to talk to her, I feel like I lost another sister. Have a good day everyone.
