@Beth-QVCHi Beth! Need you help again with a return and exchange, please.
I returned A343652, Haflinger Clogs, Charcoal, Size 40 on 11/02/2018 via QVC return label. Received an email from QVC with a Tracking #7250068512034500022002 that evening. Have not been able to pull up the Tracking Number at all.
On the return sheet, I marked to exchange them for a Size 39. However, in the meantime a Size 39 has not been in stock until tonight. I'm so tempted to place an order. (In fact, I did place my order, then remembered about the exchange! So, I just cancelled the order and decided to write to you. So worried QVC won't have another pair of Size 39 and I'll loose that pair of Charcoal Haflinger's! Shall I go ahead and order them now? Is there a way you could override my "exchange" with your Shipping Dept. so I do not receive a duplicate when my return does arrive at QVC?
I'm sure my return has arrive, but QVC simply has not processed it yet. Is there any way of checking early? I know the CSR's always say to wait 10 days and I'm trying to be patient . . . but I love those clogs!
How can I purchased them without having a duplicate pair sent when my return arrives at QVC? I'd love to go ahead and buy them now, if possible.
Thanks for any suggestions and help you are able to provide.

Good news. Looks like the Haflinger clogs were shipped today. Thanks for your help. (From the current video, perhaps QVC has a new order of these in stock. They were a sell-out on their debut with the Q.)
The bad news? Appears Shipping has another pair "In Process". I tried to cancel, but was unable to do so. Shall I simply return them via slow boat to PA via QVC's label or shall I refuse the package? Which would be quicker? Also, I looks like my original charge has been changed. (You had made it so "clean" with the easy-payments!)
Am I now issued a full credit and beginning all over again with SIX payments? Not a fan of extended payments.
