For all those who mother, in all the possible ways, I hope your weekend is spectacular. For those missing your mom or child, I hope your memories put a smile on your face.

We'll be having a Skype lunch with my son and his gf on Sunday. Seeing their happy faces makes me smile!

I absolutely hated anything coconut till about 5 years ago. I have no idea what happened to me but I love all things coconut now.

@DREAMON thanks! I'm looking forward to it. No cooking for me tomorrow. I love to cook but not tomorrow!
I am not a HUGE coconut fan, but it reminded me of my maternal grandfather. It was his favorite pie.
