Happy and Blessed weekend to all. We have been on vacation and returned earlier this week. I think I have just about gotten us back on track. Tomorrow I will clean house as it has not been done for awhile. Brother Mustang received bad news just days before we left-the nursing home he was in had to close due to lack of funds. The owner claims she has not been paid by Medicaid and could not continue to operate. SIL and I had to find him another place to live faster than ASAP. He is in a nicer place that costs less and is giving him the physical therapy he needs. Now we have to conquer his desire to not participate and wanting all to do the work for him. He wants things as he wants them and doesn't have the desire to work toward that goal. Sigh..... but am thankful he is being taken care of and will deal with the other problem. Have a great weekend, blessings to the children as they begin to return to school. And to their parents and grandparents!

Special prayers for all the children...may they be happy, have good health, enough to eat and drink, a warm bed, and the abiding love of parents and family who will protect them. May the children survive and thrive. No child should ever go to bed hungry, nor should anyone else in our beautiful, bountiful country. Help the food banks if you can. Even a little helps. May our own children and grandchildren be healthy and happy, and shed no tears of pain or sadness. And, MAY ALL THE CHILDREN BE SAFE, under the care of their loving parents and family, in their homes, their schools, their temples and churches, and anywhere people gather.

Condolences to those of you that have lost a parent or a loved one recently. May you find the strength to carry on, and hold good memories of your blessed loved ones to keep you strong.

Try to do a good deed for a friend or a stranger. They'll feel good, and you'll feel better.

Good health and happiness to everyone who shares their thoughts and prayers and good wishes with us every week. Hug your loved ones every day and make sure they know you love them.

I had copied what you sent to me - and 'did' send your message to CareBears for your concern/ many others' best wishes. Her stroke recovery. With prayer and support:

........ Hoping, now, that she is back on board, soon to contribute to the book group.

I feel as though she is making great strides working with her physical therapy, believing the medical team are focusing FULL force on her use of one side/ leg from yesterday. She is walking with a cane the last I heard.

For you @CareBears , ENJOY your books```!
