Shabbat Shalom and Happy Labor Day weekend.

My favorite pumpkin pies are in the stores and I take full advantage of these few months and purchase one every week. 

We'll be at our DS's house on Sat. for a cookout and visiting with the family. Sunday is a BBQ feast and get together here....they try to do a "meet and greet" once a month.

OK, the elephant in the room is the senseless shooting of young children and the families who will miss them. Let's send prayers to these families and hope to those who are injured.

Shabbat Shalom everyone.

A pic of one of the children who were killed at Annuciation Parish just came on my FB page from one of my friends.........  A cute little 8 year old boy.  My heart aches.  I just cannot imagine losing a child, let alone in this way!!!

It's bad enough that these criminals go into the schools, now at church during Mass where these kids, teachers and people have no where to hide.  

God be with the whole parish........

@cindyNC   Whatever brand pumpkin pie that Harris Teeter makes is fine with me. Molly's doing great...loving meeting the other dogs in the elevator. she used to bark at other dogs while walking, but there are so many here that I think she's been desensitized. Lol

I do not live in the South but we vacation in NC a few times a year.

My husband is addicted to Harris Teeter....he loves it!
