I wore some espirit slip ons on the 3rd that had my heels raw, I had to take them off when I got to where I was going. While there is no more pain now I still have what looks lke to be chaffed sores on my heels. Is there something to put on them that will make them go away?

Those take forever to heal unless you wear flip flops for a while. I have used Neosporin and band-aids.  Good luck!!
