Clothing including shoes, backpacks, school supplies are tax free but must be under $100 per item.  Tax free includes online shopping as long as the order is placed during the tax free weekend even if shipped after the weekend ends.

 

But delivery is included in the final price so if a pair of shoes cost $95 and shipping is $10, the purchase will not be tax free since the final cost is over

$100 for that item. Just an example.

My state already had our tax-free weekend a couple of weeks ago.  There's a limit on high dollar items like computers and clothing is also limited to, I think, it's $100/item. Never had that problem.  

 

We also have a weekend in early spring for emergency preparedness items before tornado season.  Clothing isn't included in that one that I know of.
