Snickers,  Sending Happy Birthday wishes for your son.   Hope he has a wonderful day and continues to get better and better.   

I need to go back and find out when he was hospitalized.  I missed that while being off the computer for days.   Sending healing thoughts and prayers.

We have had gray days with a super gentle so-called rain, off and on, more off than on, but still nice not to have the sun blazing, and it is warm.  I am going to try to garden tomorrow if it isn't too wet, but it probably will be so may wait until Friday.  The sun is due to return tomorrow, hiss boo.

The problem for me is as soon as the weather is grey, I begin to go into hibernation, or that is the feeling,  a very

lackadaisical feeling, and I must push myself in order to get anything done.  Outside, that is a different feeling altogether, very energized, that is what passion does.

Usually, the sunny weather we will have at this time of year will be Indian Summer,  warm but not HOT.

I had my yearly blood tests done yesterday, A1C is normal, but I knew that due to testing periodically at home.  My PC asked me if I ever figured out why my blood sugar spiked earlier this year, and I said yes, Christmas candy and goodies, in addition to baking, so I was eating sugar/carbs every day.  Now that I know how to control it, I can keep it at a normal number.

I will send all sweets back with DD so there will be nothing here after Christmas to tempt me.

DD and boyfriend signed a lease application today, oh the drama!  I had to calm her down on the phone, so excited and anxious is she, and told her it was not the last house, but she has it in her mind that she has to move NOW, and she just emailed that she called the rental office but she thinks now it is closed for the day, so I doubt she will sleep tonight, lol.  Welcome to life, I always say to her.
