We had light rain this morning but now it has turned sunny with blue skies and a high of 77.  That's great as we've had nearly 4" of rain in the last three days.  The weekend forecast is great too with mostly sunny skies forecast.  Finally a nice weekend after rain the last 9 of 10 weekends.

 

Ed and I will attend a family funeral today (nephew's father-in-law).  He was a long time chief of police (retired) so we expect it will be a large funeral with many family and friends attending.  He was well respected by everyone for his dedication to the community.
