Update: ... Some time ago I requested prayers for my friend Kathy.  She elected to have a radical double mastectomy after being diagnosed with cancer and having genetic features that indicated a high risk for return of cancer.  Kathy initially had radiation therapy prior to her surgery but does not require chemotherapy after the surgery.  In about 4 weeks or so she hopes to begin the long process for breast reconstruction.  She has a strong faith and a wonderful attitude and thanks everyone for their prayers.  Your thoughts and prayers would be appreciated as she continues on the difficult journey ahead.

Anika,   This has to be photoshopped.   Cats don't have red eyes.  These are Maine Coon Cats.  Stern looking but huge sweethearts.
