@viva923   Your weather sounds horrible!  I wilt in the 80's.  If I had air conditioning, it wouldn't be bad.  I am gardening today and tomorrow before the hot weather comes on Wednesday.

Hello friends,

Dearest @Puddles, thank you for starting the condolence thread and thank you all for your beautiful posts.

I was optimistic that DH’s siblings and family would come together and resolve their disputes with one another. DH and I are not involved in any disputes or bad feelings with his family.

The visitation and funeral were a circus. I wonder why some people failed to realize the reason they chose to be there. DH and I were saddened by what took place and this burdens our hearts.

DH and I continue to pray and process the passing of our nephew. We went to the cemetery and I was standing in a crowd of mourners and suddenly a beautiful butterfly appeared. I have never seen a butterfly with the wing coloring this one had. I said to myself “I knew you would come to fly over your friends and family” and the butterfly came closer to me. I whispered “you are loved, at peace and you are home”.

I hope and pray DH’s family will resolve their issues and find forgiveness within their souls. Until then, we call or text his sister, mother and our nieces and nephews daily.

I will miss our niece who leaves for college this week. They grow up so quickly.

I love all of you 💜
