Love this picture for so many reasons! Reminds me of my grandmother who baked all the time and who we could not leave for home unless we stopped back to pick up a pie on our way out of town. Pies made out of love. ALSO, call me strange but that big bug on the work table and those marching ants going across the pathway surely depicts beautiful summer country life!

The storm headed our way is due to make land fall in a few hours. It will be dumping heavy rains for the Houston and surrounding areas. This has sure been a year for the books of storms. Stay safe! Keep that blood pressure down.
