@FlowerBear I'm with you - I don't care for pumpkin spice. Although, I do like a good pumpkin bar with cream cheese frosting.

@beastielove Dear beastielove, I'm sorry to hear that you are in the path of Isaias. Kryoto is in Virginia getting ready for the storm too. She has lots of trees too. I've been hoping that it would fizzle out and go away. I'm following the storm and the weather report this morning says it's gaining strength and headed for the Carolinas. I'm praying for the east coast during this storm and am still hoping it will lose strength. I'm so proud of you and your bravery! It shows your true strength and faith! You are in my thoughts and in my heart ... Love ya, SC

Meow-Day Morning Greetings
Wishing all of my fabulous SBTL
sisters a very pleasant,peaceful
and blessed day and that it marks
the beginning of a very pleasant,
peaceful and blessed week.
The area where I live (Lower Hudson
River Valley 25-30 miles NW of NYC)
is due to get a much not wanted visit
from Iaisis beginning late the evening
and going through the day tomorrow.
Heavy rains and high winds are expected
which means flooding and power outages.
All of the villages in the county that
are along the river have been making
preperations for the storm all week-end.
They were decimated by Superstrom
Sandy as was a good portion of this county.
I'm about 3 miles in from the river
but am in a heavily wooded area so
in my case it's the strong winds that
I'm more concerned about.Hopefully
Iaisis will have lost much of it's strength
and will have moved more out to the
Atlantic by the time that it gets to
this area.
I'm not scared (I survived Sandy!) and
am keeping a pawsitive attitude!

@Sweet Caroline 1 We go through 2-3 watermelons a week and have it with lunch, dinner and snacks. So, you could say we love it, too. I like mine with a little salt on it. We don't buy the very large ones - more medium-sized.

@Puddles wrote:@Sassy7356 How exciting that you are looking to move into a new townhome. Has this been planned for awhile or did I miss the news earlier?
How are you feeling?
Me too @Sassy7356, I didn't know you wanted to move. I would love to move myself because of my yard, otherwise, I would be fine where I'm at. Hopefully you will have a little bit of yard to enjoy with your new townhome. Looks like you may have found the one. Good wishes for you, Love, SC
