hi SHS friends! Happy Friday and I am hoping everyone is doing well.

I think I mentioned, today is the day our area of PA can now have open restaurants/shopping/salons as of today and with restrictions.

@1Snickers   This is the kind of shortcake we make - from the Betty Crocker cookbook.  We have more strawberries and are planning on making shortcake again tomorrow.  We have it quite often especially during strawberry season here.  When I was growing up, often it would be all that we would have for dinner.  So good.  I do not like the store bought sponge cups at all.
