Gives me the chills.............

@ECBG I've seen that one before but it's still funny. Some dogs are so dramatic. Haven't had one yet that liked having their nails trimmed.

The pup is not being hurt in any way. She didn't let his claws grow so long that they would have hurt or grown in such a way they would have curled under which would have indeed been a medical issue.
He just doesn't like the confinement and noise.

@ECBG I've cut dog's nails many times - so I get it. However the sloppy way she's going about it......grabbing a paw and cutting without checking for hair - fur caught in blade..............all the time fighting the dog's jumping around.
if pulled out the bleeding begins.
Sorry that just doesn't fit in my funny book
Been there - done that

She appears to be just getting the tips. I've done this too with bloodhounds at 150 pounds.

Omg @ECBG hysterical!! My dear sweet Carlita is as bad as this pug; I let my vet deal with it! Thanks for my laugh of the day!

And some pets have extra-sensitive paws and feet..
This doggo - in the video - just slowly and dramatically pretends to faint:

My son and wife have a mini Dixie that even the vet will not cut her nails. She wails and all sort of things. They now wrap her in a towel and takes two at that and maybe three done. It's a real problem and they don't want to sedate as vet will only do every few months.
