Wishing all (earlier than usual) a happy and safe weekend.

I took a virtual challah making class yesterday. The dough, partially risen, is picked up at the Temple and the class resumes there including some intricate braiding techniques. The most fun I've had in years!

@DREAMON   Could Sunny have moved to the other forum? I did check there, but may have missed her post in one of the categories.

@Shanus ,

It is possible...I only post here so I wouldn't see her on another forum.

I just hope she is OK. I am sure she will come back when she is comfortable and the time is right. Hope you have a greart weekend.

Shabbat Shalom All!

I so admire those who can make challah.  I tried a couple of times but could never braid it well!

@winediva   Don't feel badly. I usually make the traditional triple braided challah. I took on the challange of a complicated braided challah with another braid on top. It looks a bit wonky. The kids will have a good laugh.

Good Shabbos to all!

Shanus, I enjoyed reading about your virtual challah-making class.  It sounds as though it was enjoyable and rewarding.

Wishing everyone good health, inner peace and joy!

@Shanus- I tried to sign on to the other forum but I'm not sure I did. I don't want to post there anyway. I'll post here whenever I can. And thank you all for thinking of me xoxox
