Hi all.... wishing everyone a good weekend. We're supposed to get some snow tonight into tomorrow, but they haven't a clue how much or where! We're going to see Hamilton tomorrow so I hope the weather fools everyone and the snow never materializes!

I too would love to know about the crabcakes.

Also, I make Beef Bulgogi with flank steak. The marinade is so easy.... some soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, honey and a little sherry. So good.

Once again, many thanks and blessings to @sunala for faithfully leading this thread each week. And thanks to QVC for allowing us to gather here as well. Of course, thanks and blessings to all who participate either by posting or even just lurking.

Update on my DH-It has been a week since his heart attack and he is doing wonderfully. A little too much so if that is possible! He still has to have 2 more stents placed which is scheduled to occur on the 5th of April, but other than that, he is full of pent up energy. I have to keep reminding him that his heart is still "hot" and he has to keep activity to a minimum. In other words, it's kind of like trying to herd cats! Thank you all who said prayers and well wishes for us in our hour of need. Please know we have your backs as well. Praying you all are right about receiving the last of the snow; here anything can happen. The saying here is just wait 15 minutes if you don't like the weather.

@hennypennyand all who are interested. The crab cakes were good. Lots of crab, and no filler at all. Now, it isn't jumbo lump crab, but it is crab ,and only $7 for a package..

I baked them in the oven, because they are very soft ,and you have to treat them gently ,or they will fall apart. Mr Cherry thought they were OK ,too. They aren't fantastic, but they are better than many, and worth the price

@cherry, Thanks for the heads up. Will add to my list next time we are there. I love their frozen lamb vindaloo and chicken masala. I get the mini ice cream cones. I am diabetic and if I test low i can have one. I love their yogurts too. We get quite a few things there.
