@Justice4all. Hi. Happy your grand kid loved them...mine do, too & I make a double batch and freeze (!). Meatballs are any usual meatball recipe...if your kids tolerate sautéed onions w/ garlic, add that. I add an egg and matzo meal (bread crumbs when not Passover), 1 T of ketchup or BBQ sauce.....anything flavorful that your family likes.
