Among Friends

Shabbat Shalom and welcome to our Friday thread. We all share plans, thoughts and dreams for the future. If this is your first Friday joining us, this is inclusive and happy you are here.

A busy weekend doing yard work since the rains have caused a lot of down limbs, fall leaves all over and a bit of muddy water on Molly's side of the back yard.

Still and will be separating and donating, selling or packing up the house...a never ending job. Garage sale is planned, friends offering to help out and my living room filled with what will be tagged and taken to the garage and long, covered front porch in case of rain.

Praying for peace in our country and especially in foreign countries where the "wars" never seem to end.

Wishing everyone a happy and relaxing weekend.

We will be visiting friends in the Mountains this weekend.

We have a late lunch tomorrow afternoon with our adult kids.  We like to go out once in awhile and there is a lovely place on the bay here and even if it's a bit overcast with possible showers they have very large windows if you can't sit outside.  I think that might be the case but the scenery is beautiful regardless watching the boats pass by and it's always nice to catch up with them, they are so busy all the time.  Then Sunday is football with some Q Christmas shows in between!

I hope everyone has a nice weekend, stay healthy and well.  I'm praying for peace right beside you.

Thank You..it is a beautiful time of year in the Mts.....cool temps, changing leaves, good friends...all good.

Family time is so special...have a great catch up time with your kids. We did that last Saturday night for dinner. We were in the restaurant and were the last to leave then talked at the cars for another 30 minutes. i loved every minute of it.
