My dad has skin cancer on the top of his head; will be going in for a consult on Monday.  Hopefully it won't be too bad.  My sis doesn't want him going under.

Sunny, it is such a delight to hear from you!  Although the advice is as old as time itself, time does help us heal.  Time does not make us forget, but but it does help to give us long respites in between remembering painful times.

I really like a buttery good Home Made Pound Cake.

I was spoiled for years ...my coworker made the best and brought it in to work several times a year for us to enjoy. I miss those days.
