Shabbat Shalom to all who enjoy coming here each week for friendship, "news", connect w/ others and a helping  hand to  those experiencing loss or bad health.

We're under a tornado watch until 3PM, so thought I'd get this up early. DH's closet is set up as my "go to" just in case. My closet has windows.

A special Thank You to my very brave Father-In-Law who at 18 fought at Iwo Jima.

Shabbat Shalom, Happy Veteran's Day and Happy Weekend!  Thinking of those in the path of Nicole & praying it will not cause even more destruction.

We had a lovely vacation visiting DD in Seattle; she ran us ragged but it was spectacular! 

With special thoughts to all veterans and their loved ones. DH was stationed in the Philippines during the Vietnam war.

Shanus I hope that the storm passed you by. I have never experienced a tornado. Sounds terrifying.
