Shabbat Shalom and Happy Mother's Day. 

It's a busy weekend in our little town. Besides Mother's Day, it's the graduation at the university and all the individual departments have a celebration.  The restaurants and hotels are full and the traffic has been overwhelming all week with parents, relatives and friends coming in to town.

Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe weekend and a Happy Mother's Day. Have pleasant memories of our mother's who have passed as well.

Wonderful Weekend Wishes sent to everyone.

We will be spending the weekend on the Little League Ball Field and out for a family Mothers Day Dinner.

We're having a cookout at my house. No grills allowed at our apartment, so a bittersweet goodbye to hamburgers and steaks. There is a public park area w/ gas grills and picnic tables, but just not the same as going out the back door and having the food hot instead of taking it up the elevator.

BTW, I've always lived in a house even as a child. Our first apartment when married was  a first floor walk in. DH who grew up in NY had lived in apartments growing up and has taken elevators and dragged groceries in carts up to the 17th floor. A new experience for me!!!
