*****SHABBAT SHALOM. MARCH 14TH*****

[ Edited ]

Shabbat Shalom, Happy Purim and TGIF. This is an inclusive thread and everyone is welcome to share their thoughts and plans.

We'll be with the granddaughters tomorrow and are taking them to the big mall (1/2 hour drive) to get some spring clothes. My oldest turned 16 in Dec. and just got her driver's license. Oh no! I bet she'll want to drive my car. They'll come home with us, parents joining in for steaks on the grill. Sunday is rain and thunderstorms again...It seems every weekend there's a day that's a washout.

Wishing everyone a safe and relaxing weekend with good weather to maybe begin gardening or do whatever you enjoy.

Shanus Heart

Happy Weekend everyone.

We are going out to dinner with family on Saturday night. Sunday looks like wind and rain so we probably won't do much that day.

I would love to get outside and tidy up but it doesn't look like that will happen this weekend.

Safe, Peaceful, and Happy wishes sent to all!

@Shelbelle   I bought the ingredients to make those tomorrow. Mine seem more like a cookie dough. I stuff w/ apricot or raspberry jam. My aunt made delicious ones stuffed with something brown...not too attractice compared to her raspberry ones, but oh so wonderful!!!

@Shanus

Could it have been prune filling?

HAPPY PURIM!   I LOVE LOVE LOVE Hamentashen ...  soooo good.   I love the slightly crunchy out side and the prune or apricot inside.  I'm drooling thinking about them.  The photo looks delicious.

ENJOY if you have one!

Wishing everyone a happy,  safe and fun weekend.   We're supposed to get some bad weather here later tonight into tomorrow with 50-70mph wind gusts.   Not looking forward to that.  I'm supposed to have breakfast with my SIL tomorrow,  but that may get postponed if the weather is as they say.  Hoping they continue their streak,  and are WRONG!!!!!!

Apricot, and raspberry are more my speed, my DH loves the poppy. Our Wegmans had beautiful ones, I admire those who bake them.

Hi everyone Smiley Happy   I was out early today started with my typical chiropractor visit then onto grocery shopping.  Just got home a while ago and will be off again this afternoon.  We are meeting friends at a local Mexican restaurant and then heading over to a golf course that has a huge closed in deck.  My cousins band plays there at times, it's a fun crowd and it's an early night.......they play 6:00-10:00 usually.

Tomorrow the kids are coming for an early dinner of pasta and meatballs.  We will be traveling the beginnning of April, my son next week and my daughter the end of April so we will be all over the map!   We try to get together once in a while anyway and after this we won't see them all together until sometime in May.

Weather is not going to be good here with wind and rain coming later on Sunday and into Monday.  Hoping to have a stay at home day for that one.  Whatever you are doing this weekend, be safe and enjoy!
