*****SHABBAT SHALOM JANUARY 31ST******

[ Edited ]

Shabbat Shalom and welcome to all those joining us this Friday the last day of the month. Everyone is invited to share their weekend plans and thoughts.

My heart is broken for all the families and friends experiencing unspeakable loss from Wednesday's tragic evvent in DC. I'll be praying that they will one day come to terms with their grief and find peace.

It's a beautiful sunny day here in the 70's. I'll be outside this afternoon walking and doing a bit of yard clean up. Until it warms up I have several paintings to finish and frame to drop off at the gallery for the February Art Walk. I do need to pack up my paints, but trying to wait until the last minute since it's the time that brings me calm.

I wish all a wonderful and safe weekend. Hold your loved ones close.

Thanks for sharing this.  Advice my father taught me and has followed me all my life.  Going to make a copy and put in a frame.

Good morning everyone.

@Shanus such a beautiful post.  They are each week but this one is particularly touching,  with all that happened recently.

Wishing everyone the best day possible.

Good morning Smiley Happy   It's always something that happens in our world that makes us sad.

All we can do is offer prayers and take care of our own in the mist of it all.  I try to stay the course and happily appreciate all I have been blessed with......

Not sure about weekend plans yet.  Depends on the weather but we may venture out for a nice lunch on Sunday.   We like to celebrate Valentine's on an off day, don't like to be out when every place is super busy.   This weekend works as no football is on so we'll see.

Try to relax all, take a deep breath and enjoy some solitude.

Wishing you a Good Shabbos and restful weekend. Yet another sad week. Prayers for those suffering the loss of their dear ones this week.

I feel we are in a state of tumult and uncertainty. I have only watched news once a day; just trying to read, cook or talk with friends.

Be well & hugs to you all. ♥️
