*****SHABBAT SHALOM JAN. 27TH*****

[ Edited ]

This is Holocaust Remembrance Day....very dark times for many, not just Jews.

I'm sure Shabbat services tonite will address this and remind us of the saying printed on the walls of the Holocaust Memorials I've visited in many states and countries: NEVER AGAIN.

Wishing peace for countries suffering from hunger and without a roof over their heads. My prayers are to end senseless killings around the world and especially in our country experiencing mass shootings and making me feel unsafe when I'm out in public. I fear for my family every day...those at work or at school or just stopping for a carton of milk.

We're expecting a cold weekend and even a mention of snow next week...a rarity here.

Wishing everyone a relaxing, restful and peaceful weekend.

On this Holocaust Remembrance Day we mourn the senseless deaths suffered by thousands of innocent human beings. NEVER FORGET.

Wishing all who post and read here a peaceful Shabbat and weekend.  Stay warm and safe if you are facing the snow and frigid temps.
