@dmod nj   Thank you @dmod nj  and Happy Thanksgiving to you and family, too.

 

My favorite leftover is layering the turkey w/ spinch , pasta sheets and ricotta...tomato sauce on top for kind of a T'giving lasagna. It feeds about 8 hungry people who always show up the next day. Yum!
