@just bee   I love that tea set. Beautiful! I too have a similar set from my grandmother

@dmod nj . I only have 5 cups and saucers left out of the original 8. Over the years they've gotten broken or badly chipped.

@Shanus  I don't have a full set, either.  I LOVE to entertain and use all the stuff I've been given.   We don't have to be eating fancy food, I just like to set a pretty table.  Smiley Happy 

 

I've used the cups and saucers for other things, too.  For example, a light dessert with fruit.

I made my first cup of coffee for myslef today.  It's been about 50 years or so since my last brewing.  I have a percolator, filters, and the stem filter.  It wasn't great but I can try again tomorrow.  

Not a coffee drinker but I thought I'd give it a try.
