What's going on with reviews and why can't we see them anymore?  I've tried everything I know and can't pull them up.  Many times I depended on the reviews to decide whether or not to purchase an item and I'm not liking that I can't see them.

Anyone have any info about this problem?

Clear your history, cookies, and cache. If that doesn't work, try another web browser such as Chrome or Firefox. I have issues on my ipad but not on my apple laptop. It's strange how things work with Q's IT.

It's been going on for quite some time.

If you haven't tried the following:

Refresh the page.

If that doesn't work, click on the ratings located on the upper left side of the item page.  That should take you to the reviews.  You might need to try it several times to work.

If that doesn't, log out of QVC, then try again.

If that doesn't work, try later.

If that doesn't work, don't buy it.  If QVC can't fix this, it's lost sales.

Foxxee.....LOL!!!!!!

I've also noticed that it takes a LONG time for pages to load too.  Got a kick out of your post!

I think the problem is getting worse.  My traditional workarounds aren't working.  I think QVC may be hiding some reviews.  Don't know if it's by accident (since the website has so many problems, can't rule out incompetence) or design.

@NYCLatinaMe   I've never failed to see the reviews on an item unless there aren't any because it's new.  I use Chrome for Android and have no problem.  Ninety percent of those who do are using Safari.  All they need to do is download and temporarily use a different browser.  For some reason some are scared to try this although it takes little time or effort.

I can read reviews just fine but since all the IT problems with nickname changes etc. I can no longer indicate a yes or no if  reviews are helpful or not. It takes me to write a review or nickname? Happy I can read them but would like to give an opinion especially with the ones arrived late, broken, or wrong color sent etc. doesn't tell me much. It has been this way for months so gave up trying to check yes or no.

Hi @Kachina624 Yes I have Safari and won't install Chrome or Android.  Don't want them in my systems.  I think QVC should fix this problem instead of the customers.  I just won't shop if I can't see the reviews and don't want to chance it.  I do shop some things without reviews.

@Gorgf Someone in another thread wrote that we can just write in our current nickname and the system would accept this.  I haven't tried it yet, but I will next time I am inclined to do that.

@NYCLatinaMe   That was for something else, not seeing reviews.

You couldn't use Android if you wanted to as it's an operating system you don't have on an Apple device.  You could use Google Chrome downloaded from the app store.  It can just as easily be removed.  I used it when I had an iPad with Safari, preferred it actually.
