honestly,  I don't know what to do with myself all day.  I've been free falling since I stopped work.  Wish I could find out what my special purpose is.

those that follow me on here know I am disabled, so that is a full time job managing MS.  I go to a nearby park with big trees to walk and breathe. I try to stretch.  Manage what I eat.  Try to do a good deed, talk to strangers, go to library.

I am over educated and underwhelmed (bored out of my skull) doctor appnts/dentist, no friends, don't want to shop.

Pet/feed my critters.  Read.  Try not to watch TV all the time.  I wish I was still working, able bodied with lots of friends but it was too hot where I lived so now I'm out to pasture in Oregon

I sometimes say it about my friends or one of  my parents who don't work. Send me to the corner.  Sure you all keep busy doing fun things (unless you have major medical issues). Time is valuable for everyone. However, working full time or more you have have little time to get things done and do fun things. It's reality.

I will say it again: Count your lucky stars you can all retire (with pensions/SSI), because I don't see this years from now.
