My husband spent many years in the Air National Guard flying a C-130......he is following every word on the news....can't understand what might have happened....his father died in a military plane crash....so he has always been sensitive to the victims and their families....so very sad....please always be grateful for the men and women who serve our country...

That KC-130 is a huge plane.  I made a trip in one once when I was in the USAF to Goose Bay, Newfoundland.  It was not a refueling mission but the NCO in charge let another girl and I ride where the refueler lies on the glass-bottom rear of the plane.   Quite an experience.  It's hard to imagine what happened.
