It sounds like I received the same survey as you, @Shanus .

I did fill it out, too.

From what I recall, I was asked the same type of questions, like why did I shop there, and did I watch QVC, etc.

@Toppers3   The survey had a lot of questions that were strange and repetitive. I did answer as honestly as I could, but not sure who gets the results of these surveys or if the info is implemented.

I got one once on fashion items as TSV's.  Since it was right in the middle of the pandemic I was not buying "fashion items,"  just all those comfy-cozy items to get by.  So I abandoned the survey and didn't send it in.

Just know that any surveys filled out means more gooney calls on the phone.  I was told this when I tried to have the calls stopped.
