Thanks @claros  and @Nataliesgramma  for mentioning "informed delivery".  I was not familar with it and will sign-up and also place a call to the post office.

I see what mail is coming and packages every day.

@Nataliesgramma   Problem is it is not always accurate.  Today it did not show what letter type mail we were getting and we received a lot of mail.

I don't remember ever receiving $10 card but then I recently closed my charge because I realized I had not used it in over a year.
