I just voiced pretty much the same opinion on the TSV thread.  Frankly, I'd be surprised if they're still around in five years.

I'm tired of the glitter, the childish graphics, and most of all, the stubborn refusal of the company to make petites just because one woman had a quirky figure fault, I.e. "I'm short, not petite".  Well, the rest of the world is short AND petite.  I also think the quality is on the skids.

I don't even watch the shows anymore.  I love Angel but not QF.

What an offensive statement! There is a vast difference between "short" and "petite" and neither one is a "quirky figure fault."  Petite clothes are cut smaller all around, not just in length and rise.  Those of us who are short, meaning 5"3" and under are proportionately the same as our taller sisters, but because our legs are shorter or our torsos are longer, we need the "short" designation. Get your facts straight before you insult fellow posters.

@Zita  Whether you like it or not, MOST women with short legs are petite, and QF pants don't fit them.  I can pull the waistband on the "shorts" up to my bra and I'm 5'4" so not extremely short.  People with normal torsos but short legs can hem the "regulars" but the rest of us, true petites, must go without.  Those are the facts.

That rhinestoned or sequined or glittered zipper is the worst.

It's very hard to zip and when its not zipped it's very scratchy.

I had a few pieces of her original embroidered things and they were so much nicer.  All that sparkly stuff eventually falls within 2-3 wearings and washings.

While I no longer weat QF tops because I'm over my glitter period and I ain't going back...lol   I do wear Dreamjeannes because like millions of women, I am short.  I am not petite.  So QF short jeans are perfect for me.  The rise is cut for the average woman.....but the legs are short.

Re: Quaker Factory is stuck in deep rut....

Overall I think the Q is in a rut. I don't watch for long because usually there's nothin new offered. But somebody's buying so I guess they know as a business what they're doing.
