I was standing in line at Wegman's grocery store (qvc uses their products when showing food shows) and had to take a second look at what I thought was a QVC gift card in the gift card section.  

Sure enough, it was there.  So, now you can buy a Q gift card in the grocery store, along with all the other gift card vendors.  I guess it's another way of promoting business and sales, especially during the holidays.

For those who do not have Wegmans;  RITE AID also carries the QVC gift cards.

We don't have either store.  I wonder if they will gravitate to stores outside the east coast.

I think that Kroger carries them also.

Okay, thanks.  Actually I would have been surprised if they didn't have them.  Do you think Wegmans pays for product placement in Q's kitchen shows - e.g. to demo can openers and such?  Or do they just provide products at no charge?

I don't know if the Q pays for Wegman's products or if Wegman's provides them free of charge.  I would think Wegman's would get a lot of exposure for their grocery chain, if they provided the products at no charge.  Personally, I like Wegman's...maybe a little more expensive on some things but quality, quality, quality!

Yes, they do.  They are here in my Georgia Kroger supermarkets if anyone is looking for them down South.

Absolutely, Wegman's pays for product placement.  That is great advertising.
