I don't watch. I look at the program guide, and if something interests me, I click on that item and watch the video. Usually, I end up fast-forwarding that as well, so I don't have to listen to the endless chatter. I am a huge Tiktok person; for this reason, give me the info so I can move on. I do like how HSN and ShopHQ give you the option to watch the show after it airs. I do watch if it is it is a brand hour I like. I can fast-forward and watch what I want.

Not surprised in the least  QVC's  sales are still down. Why would they not be.  TPTB don't care to listen to their customers. They don't fix the IT problems, the website problems, they don't fix the stale, old, repetative items problems, the obnoxious host problems, the lack of quality problems, the high price for lesser quality problems. I could go on.  They think the way to fix the problems  is to fire and hire a new CEO.  I ask the Q...how is that working for you?

This has been going on with Qurate since 2015---it used to be just small decreases maybe 2% to 4% and have been increasing now in double digits. QVC got a repreive when people were quarantined due to COVID, people  saw QVC on TV and made purchases, but now people returned to brick and mortar stores or just favorite online stores and Qurates sales and revenues declined again..............

This has been going on for last 5 or 6 yrs---Execs have come and gone from Claire Watts from Walmart to a former Disney Executive and latest CEO from JCP with expertise particularlt on new technology, streaming channels, social media etc etc

@Spurt @Rockycoast @Othereeeen @MG Chris @stevieb    IMO If they don't listen to the Customer, Nothing will change.  Their clothing prices are ridiculous.  The quality is terrible also.  If I wore the clothes that they sell (layering) I would be laughed at.  Same products over and over.  What I find the most annoying is a certain Host who is on everynight.  I point her out because IMO she started the over the top acting for the other Hosts.  When a Host is pushy, talking about all their family members, Jumping arouund like thay had 12 cups of caffeine is a total turn off.  We the Customers want to hear about the product.  Having Hosts jump arund like Children is a turn off to most. The worst is that they don't give the product information that we want.  

They are killiing themselves because they don't care what we think.  That is sad. This so called party is a joke.  Who cares about JT dancing with the Rocketts??  Those of us that are professional Dancers, really don't care to see a Host who is not a Dancer,  Dance.  MO

Ive heard said many times----at business conferences, in business journals, TV Business Channels-----businesses that dont listen to their customers and/or adapt to change end up failing. 

@BalletBabe you expressed so well many of QVC's problems------they have become more interested in becoming an "entertainment channel" and are more focused on making the host "psuedo celebrities" with a fan following rather than making their products "the stars". They also need more variety and more unique merchandise than what everyone sees everywhere, even in their local stores.....

@Spurt   Are we the old Customers supposed to be happy that we got a free shipping weekend when the NEW people get another almost 3 months???  I thought they might add something for us this weekend that don't apply to the new Customers?  Silly me!

@Pook I like shopping here and wish it success.  I find fashions that fit me here.  I have a hard time finding quality clothes that fit me elsewhere.
