I love to look at beautiful Christmas trees and decorations, but don't like them in my house.  I am a minimalist, am very OCD, and regardless of how bright and pretty things are, my mind sees it as clutter and I don't like it.  

Trucker daughter will light up the front porch, and besides the garden flag and front door decoration, the only inside decorations will be holiday shower curtains, bath towels, table cloth, dish towels, and our family Bible opened to Luke, chapter 2.   I can tolerate these simple, colorful accents for a month, but every surface screaming Christmas is not my thing.
