"I have a spirit in my home that is very active. It’s cutting the lights on/ off, moving the cameras, irrigating my animals, knocking things off tables etc."
How do we know the sentence isn't correct? The spirit may very well be watering the animals. I wouldn't put anything past them.
@Etoile308 Actually, it sounds like an angry spirit.
Personally, I would not stay in the house. I would be inclined to contact "Paranormal Caught On Camera" and try to get rid of it.
This is OT:
@Mersha - I really like that show. There are some incredible videos out there. If anyone is not a believer, he/she should watch the show.

Shouldn't 'Grandma' be capitalized?

@Lucky Charm Hi, Lucky! You don't have to capitalized grandma, as a generalization. You would if it was a proper name. Mainly if you addressing a card, letter. Or, it was Grandma Moses! lol!

however, I would like to add...as a grandma of 8, and one great grand". They call me grandma or Grandma, as long as they call me. lol. I am Gramma Red to them.

years ago i had a massage therapist who was always complaining that her husband refused to get a real job. What he was doing was calling himself a Ghostbuster and driving around in a Ghostbusters replica vehicle. Trying to line up appointments to find and eliminate paranormal entities. Needless to say this wasn't paying the bills 😬👻

Sentences should have the first word capitalized.

Writers need to realize spell check doesn't catch everything. In my "previous life" my students would always use this excuse, and I would tell them they had to actually READ their papers!
I shared an office with two other English instructors at our community college. We were all grading papers one day when one said we should start a policy that five or more misspelled words on an essay would be an automatic failure. We tried it after letting the students know. It didn't last long, because some of them went to the Dean. But we all noticed the students were not as careless after that! ![]()
